Formation of The Hawker Hurricane Society was suggested by the late ACM Sir Christopher Foxley-Norris GCB,DSO,OBE, RAF (Retd)and was founded on 8th May 1999 at a meeting convened by Iain Arnold at Tangmere Military Aviation Musuem,Sussex.
